2. What we collect and why

Enquiry and sample-box forms. Company, contact name, email, phone, country, delivery address (sample box), the specification you enter, any files you attach and your message. We use this only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you order, to fulfil the order. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the business relationship requires.

Analytics. With your consent (the cookie banner), we measure page visits and button clicks in aggregate. No advertising, no profiling, no sale of data. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time by clearing the site's cookies.

3. Processors

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, Inc. (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework participant) to our mailbox. Website hosting: Netlify, Inc. Analytics: Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted, cookie-less) or Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), whichever is active. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement.

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Order and contract data is kept for the period required by Lithuanian accounting law (10 years). Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent, by emailing quotes@oakforme.eu. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) or your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

Strictly necessary: your cookie choice and language. Optional, after consent: analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
